Shipment handed to local courier with tracking. Goods arrive at your specified address ready to unbox.

Under DDP terms, any customs delay is our responsibility. Our customs broker handles all queries, documentation, and inspections. You will not be required to take any action.
Yes. We can quote on FOB Ningbo terms instead. In this case, you take responsibility for freight, insurance, and customs. Most B2B customers prefer our DDP service for simplicity.
Yes, for all 48+ countries where we offer DDP. Our rates use correct HS codes for each product category. We absorb any tariff changes between quote and delivery.
Import VAT/GST is included in the DDP price. If your business is VAT-registered, you may reclaim import VAT. We provide all customs entry documentation for reclaim purposes.
