Do you hold stock, or is everything made to order?
Both. Catalog styles that are in stock with the supplier can dispatch in 1-2 business days on orders up to 100 units. Anything branded or customised is made to order, typically 30-35 days for Bange and Mark Ryden. Larger stock orders depend on what the supplier is holding at the time, so those dates are confirmed on your quote.

When does the clock start?
Production time begins once two things are done: your payment is processed at checkout and you’ve approved the pre-production sample. Until then, sampling runs but the production clock is paused.

How fast can I get a sample?
Samples typically arrive in about 7 days, from $24. The sample fee is credited back on your bulk order. Free samples are available for qualified buyers.

How long does shipping take?
Bulk orders typically take 5-9 days door-to-door, to 180+ countries. DDP is available, and the Incoterm, including who clears customs and pays duty, is agreed in writing on your pro-forma invoice. If you have special freight needs, flag them in your RFQ.
