/ LEAD-TIME FAQ

Timing questions, answered.

Typical timing, what starts the clock, and how shipping works.

Ask about your timeline
01

Are your lead times guaranteed?

They're typical ranges, and your quote confirms the dates for your specific order: samples in about 7 days, bulk production 14–21 days, DDP shipping 5–9 days. If anything shifts, we tell you — a real person replies within 4 hours, every day.

02

When does the clock start?

Production time begins once two things are done: your payment is processed at checkout and you’ve approved the pre-production sample. Until then, sampling runs but the bulk clock is paused.

03

How fast can I get a sample?

Samples typically arrive in about 7 days, from $24. The sample fee is credited back on your bulk order. Free samples are available for qualified buyers.

04

How long does shipping take?

Bulk orders ship DDP — duties and customs handled — typically 5–9 days door-to-door, to 180+ countries. If you have special freight needs, flag them in your RFQ.

05

Do lead times change in peak season?

They can tighten around back-to-school and pre-holiday peaks. Your quote confirms the dates for your order, so book your production slot early.

06

Can I split delivery to hit a deadline?

Ask in your RFQ — we’ll confirm what’s possible for your order in the quote.
