Which size fits the most airlines as carry-on?
A 40L pack around 55×40×20 cm fits the published carry-on limits of most major airlines. Budget carriers like Ryanair and Wizz publish stricter limits — check the table above. For under-seat personal items, a smaller pack around 40×25×20 is the safe pick.
How is the cabin table built?
The table shows the cabin-size limits each airline publishes. Airlines change these — always confirm against the airline's current policy, and ask in your RFQ if you want help matching a style to a specific route.
Can you add USB pass-through?
