What's the smallest order you'll accept?
MOQ is 50 units for any in-catalog SKU and 100 units for custom builds. Below that, you can still order single samples from the customizer for $24 each — credited back if you bulk-order within 90 days.

How quickly will I get a quote?
First reply lands in your inbox within 4 business hours. A full quote PDF with tiered pricing, lead times, and a draft tech pack arrives within 24 hours. Push the urgent toggle in the form and a rep gets paged.

Do you work with first-time importers?
Yes — about a third of our buyers are first-timers. Your rep walks you through HS codes, DDP vs. EXW, customs paperwork, and Incoterms so you don't get surprised at the border. We've shipped to 180+ countries; we've seen most of it.

How do payment terms and escrow work?
Standard is 30% on order, 70% before shipment, held in third-party escrow until QC photos clear. Net-30/60 available for verified buyers after the first order. Wire, card, ACH, PayPal — we don't care which.

Can I tour the factory or office?
Yes. Email ops@backper.com with 2 weeks' lead and we'll set up a factory walkthrough in Shanghai or a sample-room visit at any office. We cover the visit; you cover the flight.

What shipping methods and Incoterms do you offer?
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP from Shanghai. Air express (DHL/FedEx), sea LCL/FCL, and rail via China-Europe freight are all available. We'll recommend the fastest route for your timeline and duty situation.

How long does production take?
In-catalog SKUs: 15–20 business days after deposit. Custom colorways or logo embroidery add 5–7 days. Full custom builds (new mold, new material): 35–45 days. We send daily photos from day 10 onward.

Can you make a bag from my own design file?
Yes. Send a PDF, AI, or 3D file and we'll return a tech pack + costing within 48 hours. We assign a dedicated product engineer for orders over 500 units. NDAs signed on request before we open the file.

Do you offer quality guarantees?
Every order goes through inline QC and a final AQL 2.5 inspection. Defect rate above 2%? We rework or replace at our cost. You can also send your own third-party inspector — we'll coordinate factory access.
