Catalog pricing is for our standard SKUs in stocked colorways. Custom pricing layers on per-line costs: fabric upcharge ($0–$13/unit), branding method ($0.40–$2.40/unit), custom hardware/Pantone ($0.60–$1.80/unit), and any tooling amortized over the order. We give you a transparent line-item quote in the configurator so you see exactly where every dollar goes.
Woven label (inside the lid or on the strap) is the cheapest at $0.80/unit with an $80 one-time setup. Embroidered patch is $1.40/unit and free above MOQ 200. Both are MOQ 50. Screen print is bolder and starts at $1.80/unit.
Yes. You own your artwork, logo, tooling, and SKU spec. We hold the standard NDA on your catalog — meaning we won't show, share, or resell your custom design or pricing to anyone else. Tooling for fully-custom hardware is owned by you above 5,000 units in a single order.
Yes. We ship sample boxes DDP to any of 184 countries, individual or business address. The $84 fee covers production + DDP shipping; it's credited back on your first bulk order regardless of when that happens (no expiry).
Pre-production: we send QC photos of the first 10 units before the run continues. If something is off-spec, we stop and re-do. Post-production: 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the first bulk order. If the run materially doesn't match the approved sample, we re-make at no cost. After the first order, standard 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty applies.
Yes — Net-30 from your first order with credit approval (most established corporates pre-qualify), Net-60 after the second order or above 5,000 units in a single PO. Wire, ACH, and credit cards accepted. PO-only workflows for procurement-led organizations supported.
Yes — supply-your-own-fabric (SYOF) is supported for orders above MOQ 1,000. You ship the fabric DDP to our factory, we hold it for the production run, we ship the finished packs back DDP. We discount the fabric line-item from your quote. Best for buyers with a long-running fabric relationship they want to preserve.
