How is custom pricing different from catalog pricing?
Catalog pricing with published volume discounts (15% off at 50 units up to 29% off at 1,000+, applied automatically) covers our standard SKUs. Custom branding adds setup and per-unit fees that depend on the method, artwork and placement — we quote them line-by-line in your RFQ so you see exactly where every dollar goes.
What's the cheapest way to put my logo on a pack?
A woven label or embroidery are usually the most economical. Exact setup and per-unit fees depend on artwork size and placement — quoted in your RFQ. MOQ from 50 units.
Do I keep the rights to my custom design?
Yes. You own your artwork and logo. We won't show, share, or resell your custom design or pricing to anyone else.
Can a sample ship to me as an individual, not a business?
Yes. Samples ship DDP to 180+ countries, individual or business address. Samples are from $24 and the fee is credited back on your bulk order. Free samples are available for qualified buyers.
What happens if I don't like the bulk run?
Every bulk order gets a pre-shipment quality check with photos sent to you before it leaves. Bulk orders are final sale except for manufacturing defects — report within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace the affected units or credit you.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net-30 is available for eligible buyers after review — apply with your company details and we'll confirm by email. Otherwise payment goes through standard checkout (card / PayPal).
Can I use my own fabric supplier?
Ask in your RFQ — we'll confirm what's possible for your order in the quote.
