Production Timeline
What happens after you place your order.
Order Confirmation (Day 0)
30% deposit locks your production slot. QC ticket issued immediately.
Material Sourcing (Days 1–3)
Fabrics and hardware pulled from stock. Computer-aided cutting for zero-waste precision.
Assembly (Days 3–8)
12 sewing stations with inline QC checks at stations 4, 8, and 12.
Branding (Days 8–10)
Embroidery, heat transfers, labels applied. Zippers tested, straps adjusted.
Final QC (Days 10–11)
Full order inspected to AQL 2.5. QC report issued to buyer.
Dispatch (Days 11–12)
Packed, booked, tracking number issued. Balance due on dispatch.

FAQ
Yes. For in-stock orders, we issue a guaranteed ship date on confirmation. For production orders, we provide an ex-factory date and update you at each milestone via email.
If delayed beyond the confirmed date due to our error, we offer a 5% credit or expedited air freight at our cost. Does not apply to force majeure or buyer-side delays.
B2B customers access our order portal for real-time milestone updates. Email notifications at: confirmation, cutting start, QC pass, and dispatch.
Capacity is tightest Oct–Dec and Jan–Feb. Place Q4 orders by August 31 to secure your slot.
Yes. Pre-production samples take 5–7 days. Cost refundable on orders of 100+ units.
