Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. B2B customers can also log into the order portal at backper.com/account for real-time milestone updates.
Our standard MOQ is 50 units per SKU for wholesale orders. For custom OEM or new designs, MOQ is 200 units. In-stock items have no MOQ for direct retail. Contact our sales team for exceptions below these thresholds.
All Backper products carry a 2-year manufacturing defect warranty covering stitching failures, zipper mechanism defects, buckle breakage, and delamination. Does not cover normal wear, overloading, or misuse. To claim, email warranty@backper.com with your order number and photos.
Retail orders: 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Wholesale/B2B: returns accepted for manufacturing defects only, reported within 14 days of receipt. Custom and OEM orders are non-returnable.
Yes. In-house embroidery (min 50 units), heat transfer printing (min 100 units), and custom woven labels (min 500 labels). Full OEM/private label MOQ is 200 units. Contact sales@backper.com for a branding quote.
B2B: bank wire (T/T), PayPal, and credit card (up to $5,000). Terms: 30% deposit on confirmation, 70% balance before dispatch. Established accounts (12+ months) may qualify for net-30 terms. All prices in USD.
In-stock samples can be ordered on the website. For custom pre-production samples, email sales@backper.com. Lead time 5–7 business days. Cost $30–$80 and is refunded on bulk orders of 100+ units.
Wholesale orders are quoted DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — price includes freight, insurance, duties, and taxes to your delivery address. No hidden customs fees on DDP orders.
