Which frame should I pick for my brand?
If your customer is doing day hikes to overnight trips, internal frame is the right default — it's lighter and contours to the back. Above 55L (multi-day, expedition) external frame is more comfortable under load. Frameless (sub-1kg) is right for trail runners and fast-and-light hikers only.
What's the difference between DWR and waterproof?
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that beads off light rain; soaked fabric will eventually wet through. Fully waterproof packs use seam-sealed construction. Each product page lists the exact water-resistance spec for that style.
Can I add brand-specific hardware?
Custom buckles, sternum clips and other hardware options are available on volume orders — include what you need in your RFQ and we'll confirm options, tooling costs and lead time for your quantity.
Do you have recycled-fabric options?
Yes — our Eco-line uses post-consumer recycled fabrics like rPET. Material specs are listed on each product page, and supplier certificates are available on request in your RFQ.
How do you check quality before shipping?
Every bulk order gets a pre-shipment quality check with photos sent to you before dispatch. Manufacturing defects are covered — report within 7 days of delivery and we replace or credit the affected units.
How long does production take for outdoor packs?
Samples in about 7 days. Catalog styles held in stock can dispatch in 1-2 business days on orders up to 100 units, subject to supplier stock. Custom production 30-35 days depending on spec, then DDP shipping 5–9 days to most countries. Your quote confirms the exact schedule.
