Which size fits which age band?
Preschool/kindergarten (5–7 yr) → 12–14L. Elementary (8–10 yr) → 16–18L. Pre-teen (11–12 yr) → 20–22L. Every pack lists a recommended age band — go a size smaller if in doubt, not bigger.

Are the materials safe for kids?
Many of our styles use recycled rPET fabrics, and supplier certificates are available on request — just ask in your RFQ and we’ll share what applies to the styles you’re considering.

Will it survive the washing machine?
Most kid styles handle a cold (30°C) gentle cycle — check the care label on your specific style. No bleach, air dry. Iron-on patches need a low-heat iron after each wash.

Can we add names, a school crest or our logo?
Yes — embroidery, screen print, woven labels and deboss are available on bulk orders. MOQ from 50 units; setup, fees and lead time are quoted in your RFQ.

What if something arrives damaged?
Bulk orders are final sale except for manufacturing defects. Report a defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace the affected units or credit you. Every bulk order also gets a pre-shipment quality check with photos sent to you before it leaves.

Can I see one before ordering in bulk?
Yes — samples from $24, delivered in about 7 days. The sample fee is credited back on your bulk order. Free samples are available for qualified buyers.
