What's the MOQ for school orders?

MOQ starts at 50 units for most school styles. Bulk pricing kicks in at 200, with the best per-unit rate at 1,000+. For district-wide rollouts above 5,000 units, we lock pricing for the full school year regardless of fabric cost movement.

Can I add my school logo or crest?

Yes. Embroidery, screen print, woven label, debossed leather, or PVC patch — included free above MOQ 200. Below that there's a one-time $80 setup fee. We can also do per-student name embroidery on the front pocket.

How long until I have the packs in hand?

Sample in 7 days, bulk production in 14 days, then 5–9 days DDP shipping to most countries. For back-to-school 2026, order by Jun 14 to guarantee an end-of-July delivery.

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes — Net-30 from your first order with credit approval (most district POs qualify), Net-60 after your second order or above 5k units. Wire, ACH, and credit cards welcome.

What if a pack breaks mid-year?

Every Backper school pack carries a 12-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defect. File a claim with a photo in the buyer dashboard and we ship a replacement free, anywhere in the world.

Are the materials safe & sustainable?

Yes. All school packs are OEKO-TEX 100 tested (no harmful chemicals), PFAS-free, and our Eco-line uses 85%+ post-consumer recycled PET. Every factory is BSCI audited twice a year.

Can I order samples in multiple colors?

Yes. Sample box ships 6 colorways of any one style for $84 (credited back on your first bulk order). Sample box ships in 7 days, anywhere in the world, DDP.
