What buyers ask before placing a school order

What's the MOQ for school orders?

There's no hard minimum. Volume discounts run up to 30%, applied automatically. Discount depth varies by brand, and the exact ladder for any style is shown on its product page.

Can I add my school logo or crest?

Yes — embroidery, screen print, woven label or patch. Include your artwork and quantities in the RFQ and we'll quote setup and per-unit cost for your order.

How long until I have the packs in hand?

Samples in about 7 days. Catalog styles held in stock can dispatch in 1-2 business days on orders up to 100 units, subject to supplier stock. Custom production 30-35 days, then 5–9 days DDP shipping to most countries. For back-to-school, order by mid-June to be safe for an August delivery — your quote confirms the exact schedule.

Do you offer payment terms?

Net-30 is available for eligible companies after a credit review — apply via the Net-30 page or mention it in your RFQ. Cards and PayPal are accepted at checkout.

What if a pack arrives defective?

Manufacturing defects are covered — report within 7 days of delivery with photos and we replace or credit the affected units, per our refund policy. Every bulk order also gets QC photos before shipment.

Are the materials safe & sustainable?

Material specs are listed on each product page, and our Eco-line uses post-consumer recycled fabrics like rPET. Supplier certificates are available on request in your RFQ.

Can I order samples in multiple colors?

Yes — samples start at $24 and the fee is credited back on your bulk order. Ask for multiple colorways in your RFQ and we'll quote the sample set.
