What corporate procurement asks before placing an order

Rolling out kits to 500+ hires?

Email info@backper.com — our enterprise team has built kits for 142 companies. They reply in under 4 hours, Mon–Fri.

What's the lead time for branded onboarding kits?

14 days from order approval to first kit shipped, anywhere in the world. Per-recipient monogramming adds 2 days for batches above 200; we run it in parallel with production. For repeating monthly hires, we keep your blanks in stock — same-day monogram, next-day ship.

Can I order monogrammed packs as recipients are hired?

Yes — this is our most popular setup. You pre-pay for a batch of blank packs in your spec (held in our US/EU warehouses), then submit hire names + addresses through a portal or API as people sign offers. We monogram-and-ship within 48 hours of submission.

Do you offer free hardware customization?

Custom YKK zipper pulls, Duraflex buckle colors, and metal-stamped grommets are all standard customizations above MOQ 500. One-time tooling for fully custom hardware (e.g. an injection-molded buckle in your logo shape) is about $1,200 and adds 21 days.

What's the cheapest unit price for a leather pack?

Italian full-grain leather Atelier 18L starts at $32.80/unit at 1k pcs. At 5k pcs we get to $26.40; at 10k pcs $22.80. Vegan leather (PU) is significantly cheaper — Director 14L in vegan leather is $19.40 at 1k pcs.

Can I get Net-30 / Net-60 terms?

Yes — Net-30 from first order with credit check (most established corporates pre-qualify), Net-60 after second order or above 5k units. We also support PO-only workflows for procurement-led organizations.

Do business packs come with a warranty?

Lifetime warranty on YKK zippers and Duraflex buckles (replaced free for the life of the pack). 24-month warranty on stitching, fabric, and leather under normal use. Corporate gifting packs additionally carry a 90-day satisfaction guarantee — replace for any reason.
