Stocking kids’ packs for a school, store, or party?

What’s the right size for my kid’s age?
Toddler (2–4 yr) → 8–10L mini. Preschool/kindergarten (5–7 yr) → 12–14L. Elementary (7–10 yr) → 16–18L. Pre-teen (11–12 yr) → 20–22L. Every pack lists a recommended age band — go a size smaller if in doubt, not bigger. An oversized pack on small shoulders is the #1 cause of returns.

Are the materials safe for kids?
Yes. Every kid SKU is OEKO-TEX 100 certified (no harmful chemicals), PFAS-free in the DWR coating, BPA-free in all hardware, and lead-tested below detection. Our recycled-PET Eco-line additionally meets CPSIA (US) and EN 71-3 (EU) toy safety standards.

Will it survive the washing machine?
Yes. Wash on cold (30°C) gentle cycle, no bleach, air dry. We’ve tested every kid SKU through 50 wash cycles before it ships. Embroidered names and screen prints all hold up. Iron-on patches need a low-heat iron after each wash.

Can I add my kid’s name to the pack?
Yes — embroidered up to 10 characters in 8 thread colors and 5 fonts. Free above MOQ 200, otherwise a $4/pack add-on. For PTAs and birthday parties below MOQ 50 we offer iron-on letter sheets in 12 colors instead.

What if my kid loses or breaks something?
12-month replacement warranty on all stitching, zippers, and buckles. If a strap pulls off or a zipper breaks, we ship a free replacement DDP anywhere in the world. Doesn’t cover sibling sabotage, but we’ll send you a discount code.

Do you have packs for kids with disabilities?
Yes — the Adaptive line includes magnetic closures (no zippers), wider straps for sensory-friendly shoulders, weighted lumbar pads (calming pressure), and oversized loops for kids with reduced grip strength. MOQ 50 with a 21-day lead time.
